November Favourites.

Just a quick little list of all the things I've been loving over the last month.

Benefit Watt's Up!

Okay so I love this product. It's slightly glittery, it's champagne coloured, and it's a cream formula. It looks like golden beautifulness on the skin. When it starts to wear off it loses it's shine and is just glittery but it takes a while to wear off. It's my new favourite highlighter.

Lily Melrose Vlogs.

I'm a huge YouTube fan, I subscribe to and watch so many channels, and I bounce around from one thing to another. Recently I've been absolutely loving Lily's vlogs. Lily Melrose is my favourite blogger and now my favourite vlogger. She started more regular vlogging in September to document her move to Brighton and also did vlogtober. If you like daily vlogs I'd highly recommend her second channel.

Colouring books.

I was in Sainsbury's a few weeks ago and I spotted a book called 'Secret Garden' and I picked it up, thinking it was something to do with the FHB novel. How wrong I was. It was a colouring book, an adult colouring book. It was, along with a whole shelf of others, filled with intricate patterns and pictures that were screaming for me to colour in. I picked up 3, and my mum even got a little one! They were £4.99 for the large ones and £2.99 for the small ones, and they're so cute. I spent way more money on buying the Staedtler and Stabilo fineliners in huge packs so that I had lots of colours.

Dove 'Cucumber and Green Tea' Maximum Protection deodorant.

Have you smelled this? It's like heaven. I usually don't go in for scents like this in deodorant, I usually use the Dove pure spray because it barely smells of anything, but I was looking for a cream deodorant rather than a spray and I came across this one. They're quite expensive, at £5 each, but they last a while and are easy to apply. You just twist the bottom and it comes out at the top and you just rub it on. I also like the 'Pomegranate and Lemon Verbena' scent.

Miniature clinique moisturisers.

Everyone that knows me, knows that I'm a total skin-care junkie. My all-time favourite moisturiser is the Clinique Moisture Surge Extended Thirst Relief. However, it's not cheap, at £34 for 50ml. This summer Clinique brought out some miniatures. I think the idea was that they're easier to travel with etc. But, they're £5 for 15ml. That means that they're 33p per ml. The original sized tub was 68p per ml. Plus, they come in little tubes which are great, because then you're not sticking your hands in to it every time you use it, and they last longer because you can control how much you squeeze out onto your finger. They're lasting about twice as long per ml for me. These are my absolute fave, but you can only order 4 at a time. Needless to say, when my student loan comes in I'll be getting some more :) (Plus, the date is 24 months, meaning they'll last ages, so stock up!)

Clinique Turnaround Revitalising Night Cream.

This stuff is incredible. I was looking for a heavier moisturiser for the coming Winter months as my skin gets dryer and I received some miniatures of the new Turnaround range. I love the day moisturiser, because it has shimmer in it, but I needed something thicker, and more nourishing. There is no SPF in the day cream, so really there's not much point in having both, with one for the day, if the night one works for you. I wear it morning and night and it's such a lovely cream. My skin is soft and supple and feels amazing.

Zoella beauty. (Original Scent)

As someone with a very sensitive sense of smell, I find it difficult to use strong smelling products of any kind. I religiously use Sanctuary Spa body products, almost exclusively. But being a big Zoella fan, I wanted to see what her products smelled like, so I went in to my local Superdrug in Bury and picked some up. (Of course, I had a sniff first). Honestly, the stuff smells amazing. It really reminds me of something that, I can't quite put my finger on, but I love love love it. I've been using it since, and it's been bout 3 months, and I shower about 6 times a week, and I'm only just running out. The bottles are the same price as Sanctuary, but you get twice the amount of body wash! I'd definitely recommend giving these a try if you're looking for something new.

Witnesses. (French TV Show)

So recently I decided to watch this show called Witnesses. It's french, and has English subtitles, but I don't mind that. However if you don't give it your full attention, you will miss things. I would wholeheartedly recommend watching it. It's a crime drama, from the p.o.v of the police. There are two crimes happening at once, are they connected? Who knows. You'll have to watch to find out.

I hope you liked my favourites and recommendations. Have you tried any of these things yourself? If so, let me know in the comments.

My 5 Favourite Instagram Accounts to Follow.

For those of you looking for inspiration, or just for some fun makeup accounts to follow, these are my top 5. (Oh and if you want to follow me you can do so here.)

Huda Kattan (Huda Beauty)

Huda, a Beauty Blogger turned Business Woman posts not only her own photos and videos on Instagram, but those of other makeup artists. So by following her you get to see not only her amazing handiwork, but that of others too. That way you can also discover new makeup artists too. She also has her own line of false eyelashes, which her regrammed artists are usually wearing, needless to say I am now desperate for some!

Nicol Concilio

Nicole makes YouTube videos, tutorials for makeup looks, and then condenses them in to mini clips which are then posted on her Instagram. I could literally watch them for hours, and her skills are on point. She also posts makeup selfies of her wearing the makeup looks.

Anastasia Beverly Hills

My favourite brand for brows, and now one of my favourite Instagram accounts. This page regrams other makeup artists/gurus who use their products and tag them in the post. That way, you get to see all of their amazing products in action. Thanks to this account, their new illuminator is most definitely on my wish list.

Mykie (Glam and Gore)

This girl. I saved her for last not because she is least, but because I have so much to say. I found her initially because I was looking for reviews on white mixer foundations or just pale makeup and her video popped up on YouTube. I then discovered her talent for not just mainstream makeup, but SFX. She creates some looks that are absolutely insane. Zombies, monsters, and the like. They are so frightening, and yet so beautiful at the same time. My all time favourite was her 'Frostbitten Elsa'. It struck me how she turned something so beautiful in to something so dark and intriguing. She posts all of her looks from YouTube on her Instagram, plus way more, including all of her experiments.

If you blame Muslims for the attacks in Paris, you are doing exactly what the terrorists want you to do. Here's why you shouldn't.

Before I start I would like to clarify that I am a British female, with no religious affiliation.

We all are now aware of the horrific events that took place on Friday 13th November 2015. This fateful day was the day that the worst terrorist attack that Europe has seen in 10 years took place. 129 people so far have been confirmed dead over 3 locations and their loss has sparked grief, worldwide. But one of the main things you need to remember is, whilst the terrorists claim that it was a 'religiously motivated attack' and 'in the name of God', it was not.

1. They were Extremists, Terrorists. They might have considered themselves Muslim, but according to the laws of Islam, they were a disgrace.

2. If you generalise, and aim your hate towards all Muslims, you may as well blame all Catholics for the IRA attacks. Blame all Christians for the KKK. It seems ridiculous, so think how ridiculous it sounds to blame all Muslims for ISIS.

3. Blaming it on the recent refugee crisis is pointless too. Okay so one of the attackers entered the country recently, but three of them were from Paris. Born and bred.

4. Not only are you being very small minded by blaming Muslims, you are feeding into ISIS's ideals. By creating animosity in the West, from bigoted, Islamophobic, and Xenophobic people, aimed towards Muslims, it encourages ISIS's goal. ISIS's goal is to justify their attacks by creating the idea that there is a war between Muslims and the Western population. There isn't. Or at least there wasn't.  By blaming all Muslims you are feeding into their desires. You are making relations between Muslims and the West worse, when they do not need to be.

5. And just a little something extra: If you think you're angry at what happened, imagine how you'd feel if when it happened, it made people hate you. Imagine if it was assumed to be your fault when it had nothing to do with you. Imagine if it made a mockery of something that you hold dear (your faith) yet made people think that you were a co-conspirator. This is how Muslims feel. Remember that.
